Interpretation

Words with an initial capital letter have the meanings defined below. These definitions have the same meaning whether they appear in the singular or in the plural.

Types of Data Collected

Personal Data. If you use the contact form, I ask you to provide your name, email address, subject, and message. This information is sent to a server-side endpoint on this site, which forwards it directly to a private Telegram chat so I can read and reply to you. It is not stored in a database by this site.

Usage Data. This site does not run analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not automatically build a profile of your visit. My hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) for security and operational purposes.

Use of Your Personal Data

I use the Personal Data you submit solely to read and respond to your message.

Retention of Your Personal Data

I do not store contact-form submissions in a database. Once your message is forwarded to Telegram, its retention is governed by Telegram’s own policies.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Your message is disclosed only to Telegram, as the Service Provider I use to receive and reply to messages. I do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Security of Your Personal Data

Your message is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is not directed at children, and I do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16.

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
